About the Recipe

Ingredients
100gr Powtaytow's Kerupuk Sari Udang
7 sheets caisim
5 meatballs
1 egg
Water
Yellow noodle
Salt and sugar
2 segments of aromatic ginger
2 shallots
1 clove garlic
5 cayenne pepper (use less or more as your preferences)
3 curly chili (can be substitute to big red chili)
Preparation
1. Blend all blended ingredients into puree
2. Pour the puree into a wok/pan and cook until cooked (half dry and oil comes out)
3. Add water and stir
4. Add Powtaytow's Kerupuk Sari Udang and wait until soften
5. Add other ingredients (Caisim in the very end)
6. Add egg and stir it well
7. Pour it into a bowl and serve it
