About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 pcs ketupat, diced
1 fried tofu, diced
100 gr blanched rice noodle
100 gr blanched bean sprouts
1/2 bar cucumber, thinly sliced
1 egg, hard boiled and half cut
Powtaytow chips
Sweet soy sauce
Crispy fried shallots
200gr fried peanuts (can be substitute to store bought peanut butter)
3 tbsp brown sugar, thinly sliced
4 cayenne pepper (more or less as preferences)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tamarind water
Water
Preparation
1. Blend all peanut sauce ingredients to puree form, set aside
2. Put other ingredients in a plate and pour all the peanut sauce puree on top of it
3. Serve with hard boiled egg, Powtaytow chips, deep fried shallots, and sweet soy sauce
