About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs ketupat, diced

  • 1 fried tofu, diced

  • 100 gr blanched rice noodle

  • 100 gr blanched bean sprouts

  • 1/2 bar cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 egg, hard boiled and half cut

  • Powtaytow chips

  • Sweet soy sauce

  • Crispy fried shallots

  • 200gr fried peanuts (can be substitute to store bought peanut butter)

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar, thinly sliced

  • 4 cayenne pepper (more or less as preferences)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp tamarind water

  • Water

Preparation

1. Blend all peanut sauce ingredients to puree form, set aside

2. Put other ingredients in a plate and pour all the peanut sauce puree on top of it

3. Serve with hard boiled egg, Powtaytow chips, deep fried shallots, and sweet soy sauce
