Ingredients
150gr Powtaytow's Kerupuk Bawang
Cooking oil for soaking
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 cm aromatic ginger
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Red chili (optional)
Chili powder (optional)
2 sheets of thinly sliced lime leaves (optional)
1 chives (optional)
Salt
Sugar
Preparation
1. Soak Powtaytow's Kerupuk Bawang into the oil for 30-40 minutes
2. Puree the spices (garlic, shallots, aromatic ginger, cayenne pepper, red chili, less water)
3. After 30-40 minutes, fry the crackers using very low heat until cooked
4. Drain the oil and set aside
5. Cook the spices puree until cooked
6. Add fried crackers into the cooked spices puree, stir thoroughly
7. Add salt, sugar, chili powder, lime leaves, chives
8. Stir all until mixed thoroughly
9. Ready to be served
